Join our Production team at Prambanan Factory and be part of a high-performance manufacturing environment. As a Production Operator in Blending & Packing, you will play a key role in executing end-to-end production processes—from material preparation to final packing—while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency through the implementation of Integrated Work System (IWS).
This role offers the opportunity to develop hands-on technical skills, problem-solving capability, and contribute to continuous improvement and digital manufacturing initiatives.

You are someone who:
- Has strong commitment to safety, quality, and following standard work
- Enjoys hands-on work and operating machines/processes
- Is detail-oriented and able to ensure accuracy in production process

- Is comfortable working with structured systems (IWS, SOP, digital tools)
- Able to work in shifts and collaborate within a team environment
- Is eager to contribute ideas for improvement and operational excellence
