YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

Within the Global CERT team, this apprenticeship will take place in Paris (75009), at our headquarters starting from September 2025. The global CERT team will support you to thrive in your missions as a Cybersecurity Integrator or Incident Detection & Response Analyst Apprentice, where the CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) handles SOC and CERT activities. Under the management of the global CERT manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity operations, incident analysis, and defense mechanisms while collaborating with industry experts.

1. Integration and Development:

• Understand the CERT stakes, the Cyber incident response processes and procedures.

• Identify parts of the cyber incident response processes that can be automated.

• Use the DevSecOps Environment for the CERT according to Danone Standards.

• Automate the CERT analysts job in different solutions (XSOAR, SEKOIA, SentinelOne, Wiz, etc.).

• Integrate cyber tools with other CERT solutions (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, Sandboxes, etc.).

• Evaluate new Cyber solutions for the CERT covering the Incident Lifecycle (Prevention, Detection, Response, Incident Management).

• Participate in the operation and continuous improvement of SIEM systems.

• Work with Python for development.

2. Incident Detection and Response:

• Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs to identify and respond to security incidents.

• Participate in the investigation of security breaches, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Apply incident response methodologies to minimize impact and conduct post-incident analysis.

3. Threat Analysis and Mitigation:

• Analyze network traffic, logs, and other data sources to detect and investigate threats.

• Collaborate with internal teams to assess incidents and recommend remediation actions.

• Leverage advanced detection tools and techniques to identify emerging risks.

4. Threat Intelligence Integration:

• Stay updated on threats, vulnerabilities, and tactics via research and cybersecurity communities.

• Incorporate threat intelligence into your daily activities to enhance threat detection.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Create comprehensive incident reports and documentation.

• Maintain detailed records of incidents and investigations.

• Preparing a degree (Bac+4/5) in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.

• Available for an apprenticeship starting from September 2025, for 12 or 24 months.

• Comfortable with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc).

• Knowledgeable in common IT protocols (network, system, email, etc.).

• Resilient and capable of problem-solving under pressure.

• Fluent in English (French and other languages are a plus).
