In this internship, you will be part of the Data & Digital PPN & FST Team, within our Research and Innovation category. Our purpose is to empower teams through smart digital tools and meaningful data insights that drive innovation and efficiency. During this internship, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate/support on data-driven and digital transformation initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Support the rollout and improvement of digital tools aligned with team goals
• Collect, manage, and ensure the accuracy of data used across projects
• Perform full-cycle data analysis to uncover insights and track performance
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for different teams
• Help improve how data is used and shared to support smarter decision-making

As a Data and Management Intern, working with data and digital tools will be second nature to you.  You are an Excel expert, also armed with strong Microsoft Office (including power automate and power query) , Google Analytics and Power BI skills. Meanwhile, Python would be considered as a big Plus.

You are an outstanding communicator who brings curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strong desire to help others by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. On top of that? You’re a collaborative-minded team player who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;

• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);

• Ideally available to start in mid September for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Utrecht office, at least 2-3 days per week.
