Hi I'm Tomoka.

 I joined Danone as a director’s assistant and after several transfers, I’m now an office manager.

My journey so far



I’m proud to be a member of Danone’s HR department.

I’m proud to be a member of Danone’s human resources department.

Our HR Department is divided into multiple functions, each working as a team with its own expertise.

I am most proud to work with colleagues who generously share their knowledge and best practices, and are willing to lend a hand when needed.


Danone's culture is inherited.

I feel good about our products’ safety, their environmentally friendliness, how we source ingredients, and the products’ quality, so I feel confident about feeding my family with them.

In terms of culture, I would say that being open is a Danone-like quality. No matter what their position is, everyone, including executives, lets you speak and listens to what you have to say. If your environment makes it hard to get things done, they’ll help you think about how to face it. I also think it’s an inclusive environment.

I joined Danone after having two kids. At Danone, having a child has never been an obstacle to promotion or success. I’ve been able to experience a variety of jobs in different departments.
