HI, I'M YUSAKU

Hi, I'm Yusaku.

I started my career with Danone in R&I and taking on a new challenge as part of QFS starting March 2023.

In QFS, as Process Quality Manager, I am responsible for the daily review and improvement activities on food safety and quality related to the yogurt-based manufacturing process.

Challenges you faced in work

I can use English to communicate.

But since I transferred from a different industry, I had to learn the technical aspects of food and other knowledge from scratch, and that was very tough.

Internal Job Change Challenge

To get my current job as a developer, first I was a pilot plant operator to obtain knowledge about the yogurt production process. After practical training in a real manufacturing setting, I gained experience with different brands and projects. I then moved to QFS in March 2023 to get even deeper experience with quality and manufacturing sites.

Yusaku wants to work with people who can take the initiative in tackling pressing issues and problems, and who can involve their supervisors and colleagues in the process, rather than trying tough it out alone.
