The team you will be working with is ONE Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer and supplier services across Europe. One DBS operates through various departments, covering areas such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Employee Services, Master Data Management, Internal Control, Tax. One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe. ⭐💵
Shortly about scope of responsibilities in Procure to Pay:
- Posting purchase invoices
- Processing employee settlements and payments to suppliers and employees
- Supports Purchasing Process (IOPC)
- Prepares analyses of Accounts Payable accounts
- Answering queries related to Accounts Payable and Travel & Expenses

Who are we looking for:
- University degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics or related
- Good communicative level of English and Polish (min. B2)
- Be available for full time job
- Be open minded and have pro-active approach
- Good MS Office command (especially Excel)
