• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Business, or a related quantitative field (Statistics/Math).
• Minimum 7 years in Demand Planning and Sales experience. Supervisory experience is added advantage.  
• Experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment, preferably from Specialized Nutrition environment.
• Experience in using SAP system. Ability to analyze data for business insight. Ability to connect and understand the business need.
• Proficient in Excel, Power point presentation, Words, SAP, Power BI.
• Managing cross functional stakeholders. Proactive, agile, able to work with high level of stress, rigour follow up and close action. Growth mindset and able to think outside the box.
• Influencing & Communication: Ability to persuade stakeholders to align with the consensus forecast.
• Strategic Thinking: Linking short-term demand plans to long-term business goals.
• Team Leadership: Mentoring and managing junior planners.
• Problem-Solving: Mitigating supply chain disruptions and addressing unexpected demand changes.
