• Bachelor in any Major (Management/Technical/Social Science, etc)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Field Sales
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
