• University Graduate in Commercial
• 3+ years’ line Management experience in similar environment handling FMCG/Coffee
• Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in developing Business plan, Budgets, etc.
• Fluent in Greek & English
• Proven experience (3+ years) in AFH sales or channel management in Greece.
• Knowledge of AFH distribution models and key players in the Greek market
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing AFH strategies.
• Superb leadership skills, drive for results, high level of initiative & autonomy
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Problem solving capabilities & agility
• Team player with group facilitation skills
