The Data & Analytics Manager will act as the key business partner for data-driven decision making, ensuring the effective delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of analytics products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the delivery and evolution of Data & Analytics products that support strategic business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to translate business needs into scalable data and reporting solutions.
- Ensure the reliability, quality, and governance of critical analytics assets, reports, and semantic models.
- Promote and accelerate self-service analytics adoption while maintaining enterprise standards and best practices.
- Manage stakeholders across multiple functions and markets, aligning priorities and driving value realization.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving business teams, data engineers, architects, and external partners.
- Contribute to the Data & Analytics roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, insights, and business outcomes.
- Act as a champion for data culture, fostering data-driven decision making throughout the organization.

We are seeking a business-oriented Data & Analytics professional with strong stakeholder management capabilities, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to operate effectively within a European product organization
Experience & Expertise
- 3 years proven experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Product Management, or related functions.
- Strong business domain knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Sales, Marketing, Finance or Operations
- Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions that create measurable business value.
- Demonstrated experience working with modern analytics platforms such as Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and enterprise reporting best practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with remote and geographically distributed teams across Europe.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change in dynamic environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.

Education & Languages
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
Others
- Availability to travel occasionally across Europe.
