Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the ES Manager with payroll and benefit administration.
• Assist with medical insurance enrollments and cancellations.
• Manage the attendance system database and update employment records.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and the Rewards lead on time and attendance reporting.
• Maintain employee request management.
• Prepare salary letters (merit, promotion, adjustments, etc.) as requested.
• Prepare HR letters.
• Distribute bank department cards to employees.
• Support in calculating overtime for payroll.
• Raise service request tickets for HR-specific technical issues on behalf of BU HR.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in HR.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, systems, and data.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results accurately and on time.
• Business partnering and service-oriented mindset.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
• Effective and open communication skills.
• Highly process and KPI-driven.
• Reliable and flexible.
