Field Sales Admin Trainee

(Part-time, Location: Budapest, Hungary)

• Are you an active full-time student at a Hungarian university with at least 1 full year of active status ahead?
• Are you studying Economics, Business or a closely related field?

• Do you speak fluent Hungarian and English?

YOUR responsibilities as a Field Sales Admin Trainee will include (but not limited to):

• Daily review and validation of On-Shelf Availability (OSA) photo documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitoring OSA results and flagging discrepancies or missing information
• Identifying recurring issues in field photo documentation and escalating where needed
• Supporting the Field Sales team with OSA-related administrative and coordination tasks
• Maintaining OSA databases, ensuring all data and visuals are up to date and documented properly
• Assisting in monthly Field Sales Meetings by preparing OSA status updates and sharing key findings
