As the Commercial IT & Data Product Manager in the UK and Ireland, you and your team will play a key role in delivering the IT & Data mission and UKI ambition by enabling business top-line growth through technology and data.
Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for overseeing and delivering digital consumer-facing products and internal digital transformation projects with the commercial function, including all cross-functional implications and dependencies.
Accountability includes:
• Business Partnering with key internal stakeholders and vendors
• Contribute to the implementation of global products in the UK and Ireland (UKI)
• Champion Agile ways of working within the Commercial IT domain towards a product organisation
• Deliver KPIs for projects and implementations - in agreement with local stakeholders, global functions, and strategic vendors
• Quality of the IT Products & Services delivered by the local and global teams
About You:
• Demonstrable experience in IT Product Management with retail experience.
• A proven track record of managing senior stakeholders up to director-level
• Experience leading development Agile/Product teams
• Experience with Data integration and management
• Good understanding of Marketing KPIs and what a great consumer experience looks like
• Strong process and excellent communication skills
Salary Bracket: £48,000.00 - £60,000.00 per annum.
