ABOUT THE JOB

 

Join Danone Saputo Dairy Australia (DSDA) as a Key Account Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer partnerships. In this dynamic, permanent position, you’ll work alongside a National Account Manager to lead and grow key channels including E-commerce, Deep Discounters, Export, and Petrol & Convenience.

 

You’ll be the driving force behind strategic planning, digital shelf optimisation, and customer engagement—especially with Costco—while leveraging data and insights to fuel performance. This is more than a support role; it’s a launchpad for innovation, ownership, and impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Project & Stakeholder Management- Support internal processes, manage stakeholder relationships, analyze sales data, and handle customer claims and inventory updates.
  • Collaboration Meetings- Prepare and present relevant materials and data for internal and external collaboration meetings.
  • Key Account Management (Costco) -Serve as the main contact for Costco, driving strategic planning and long-term business growth.
  • E-Commerce & Digital Shelf- Manage and optimize the digital shelf, search performance, online media campaigns, and e-commerce analytics for the Dairy business across key retailers, ensuring accurate SKU data, effective spend, and regular performance reporting to the APAC region.
  • Communication & Tools- Maintain strong communication with grocery and digital partners; utilize tools like Excel, Nielsen, Quantium, and CommerceIQ for data analysis and reporting.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in customer claims management, in-store and online promotions, and key account management.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SKU Library systems.
  • Skilled in using scan data tools such as Nielsen and Circana; familiarity with Citrus, Profitero, CommerceIQ, Quantium, and Coles Synergy is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Good understanding of full business P&L, retailer margins, and gross margin.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities with a proactive, independent work style.
