Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support IWS implementation and deployment across zones and factories

• Act as Global Initiative Management Pillar Lead, ensuring alignment and execution of standard work processes

• Provide strategic and hands-on support to Zone Manufacturing Excellence teams

• Partner with factory teams to drive performance, compliance, and continuous improvement

• Champion the use of SHERPA methodology, GSUM tools, and initiative management standards

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability building across the network

Target Profile

• Strong background in manufacturing and operational excellence

• Proven experience in project management within engineering, industrial excellence, or organizational transformation

• Hands-on operational leadership in factory environments (e.g., ODM)

• Deep expertise in IWS:

  • IWS Site Leader experience

  • SHERPA methodology proficiency

  • Familiarity with GSUM and initiative management tools

• 5–10 years of experience in operations or manufacturing roles within an IWS-driven environment

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
