You are a student in Marketing, Business, Product Design, or another related field, ideally at a BSc level, with practical experience in Product Innovation (through studies or previous internships) and a strong interest in sustainability. You are results‑oriented, organized, and a strong communicator with a positive and proactive attitude.

You will join a busy team that manages many different priorities, so we are looking for someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively. Being a true team player is essential, and you are highly proactive, comfortable taking the lead, and confident in taking responsibility when needed. You work in a structured and timely manner, ensuring tasks are delivered with quality. 

There are also some compulsory requirements

• Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in March/April 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week
