We are looking for a Medical Sales Representative to join our Metabolics team in Lisbon. In this role, you will act as a trusted scientific partner for healthcare professionals, helping to improve patient care through clinical support, education, and strong stakeholder relationships.
You will have the opportunity to combine your scientific expertise, commercial mindset, and communication skills to drive business growth, deliver value to healthcare professionals, and contribute to the success of innovative nutritional solutions in the healthcare environment.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Represent the portfolio in hospitals and health centers.
- Provide comprehensive clinical support and training to healthcare professionals on products and recommendations.
- Develop and execute growth strategies while actively seeking new opportunities.
- Collaborate with decision-makers to organize events and training sessions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing both clinical and sales data effectively.

What will make you successful:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative, ideally within healthcare, nutrition, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through effective communication, empathy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret clinical and understand sales data to identify opportunities and drive business decisions.
- Well-organized, structured, and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving targets and business objectives.
- Proficiency in digital tools and IT systems, including CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
