• As IWS Coach supports teams in applying and sustaining Integrated Work System practices to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in manufacturing environments.
• Being accountable and responsible for overall safety, safety inspection, investigation, corrective & preventative action, and safety report.
• Leading and support for Manufacturing Excellence implementation, productivity, and process improvement in all operation functions.
• Support establishment of the improvement goals of operations, regarding on LEAN Manufacturing concepts (DaMaWay).
• Support driving DaMaWay implementation, process improvement, and industrial productivity in order to ensure the best operational performance, in order to achieve the objectives.
• The IWS Coach is responsible for coaching teams, facilitating training, supporting system implementation, driving continuous improvement, monitoring progress, promoting a performance culture, aligning with leadership, and ensuring sustainability of IWS practices.
• Leading problem-solving activity (PSG), Kaizen and promote recognition and motivation program.
• Lead AM and Kaizen train the trainer in the factory.
• Develop and execute training and workshop plans for being the best LEAN Manufacturer,Including providing DaMaWay tools, methods, system, and culture.
• Communicating about the successes, follow the realized DaMaWay activities.
• Participating to regional Network and roll out best practice implementation.
• Support DaMaWay steering committee in order to ensure the successful DaMaWay program.
• Lead Ideal Factory, co-ordinate internal/external for factory performance benchmarking.
• Drive DaMaWay implementation, process improvement, and industrial productivity in order to ensure the best operational performance, in order to achieve the objectives.
• Co-lead with HRBP for developing training program for factory team.
• Support performance management and digital implementation.
• Others, based on assignment.
応募資格など
• At least bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in LEAN Manufacturing and continuous improvement field.
• Lean manufacturing expert (methodology / tools).
• Project management including Risk analysis, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Have strong analysis and development skills.
• Understand computer literacy.
• Highly understand in ISO/HACCP/GMP/Safety/Environment System, LEAN Mater, Sig-Sixma.
• Fluent in English.
• Having the leadership skill competencies.
• People oriented.
• Interpersonal skills.
