Main responsabilities:
- Support the follow-up of customer requests, claims, and commercial agreements, ensuring information is properly documented and shared with the relevant teams.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and service performance, helping to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with field teams and wholesalers to support product availability and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help coordinate and track key activities, ensuring effective communication and alignment across teams.
- Prepare reports and update operational data to support decision-making and business performance monitoring.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team on day-to-day activities and projects.
