YOUR responsibilities as a Portfolio Management & Reporting Senior Specialist will include (but not limited to):
Support best-in-class Portfolio Management across the MCO CEE region (Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Poland)
Ensure high-quality portfolio governance, reporting and key KPIs monitoring
Support the execution of the LIM process by tracking key portfolio indicators and milestones
Prepare portfolio analytics, dashboards and management reports to support decision making
Create and maintain portfolio management tools and ensure data quality
Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools and ways of working
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment across projects
Identify risks, improvement opportunities and support the implementation of best practices in portfolio management

We are looking for a Portfolio Management & Reporting Senior Specialist with the following profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology or another relevant field is an advantage
3+ years of experience in portfolio management, business planning, commercial reporting, PMO, business controlling or a similar analytical role, preferably within an FMCG or other complex, multi-market environment
Experience working with large and complex product portfolios, multiple markets, categories or business units is a strong advantage
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions
Experience working with reporting, KPIs and dashboards
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage
Experience with portfolio management tools (e.g. iPROview) and project management methodologies (e.g. InnoPro) would be considered a strong asset
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment
Continuous improvement mindset with attention to detail, solution-focused approach
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Fluency in local language (depending on location)
