Production Shift Supervisor/The Coordinator Line Shift Lead plays a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production performance across every shift in the Blending & Packing area. This role leads the shift team to deliver production targets, enforce food safety and compliance standards, and drive continuous improvement to optimize yield, speed, and operational excellence. A dynamic leadership role at the heart of factory operations.

You are a hands‑on production leader with strong technical understanding of blending, filling, and packing processes. You thrive in fast‑paced, high‑precision factory environments, and you lead your team with clarity, discipline, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You are confident in enforcing safety and food safety systems, solving operational issues on the floor, and ensuring every shift achieves performance targets with accuracy and accountability.
