YOUR responsibilities as a Recruitment & Learning Senior Specialist will include (but not limited to):
Recruitment focus:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (from briefing with hiring managers, sourcing and screening, interviewing candidates, managing interviews) for various functions and seniority levels in Romania and Bulgaria
- Act as a trusted partner to managers by advising on sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and market insights
- Ensure a great candidate and manager experience throughout the recruitment journey
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of talent through proactive sourcing and networking
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies
Learning & Development focus:
- Identify learning needs and support the implementation of local learning initiatives aligned with Talent Management plans for assigned functions or countries function across CEE
- Monitor and follow-up on learning activities and Talent Development Plans
- Localize and integrate classroom/e-Learning materials
- Coordinate with training suppliers and optimize learning costs
- Support the rollout of L&D projects and processes (e.g. talent cycle, employee development initiatives)

We are looking for a Recruitment & Learning Senior Specialist with the following profile:
- 5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (high-volume recruitment experience in FMCG, pharma, retail, or other fast-paced industries is a strong advantage)
- Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies and modern recruitment channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media campaigns, direct search)
- Experience in stakeholder management, advising hiring managers and building strong business relationships
- University/College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or other relevant field
- Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken and written); Bulgarian language is a plus
- Experience with learning management systems and coordinating L&D programs
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with HRIS/ATS tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on opportunities and problem-solving
- Flexible, curious, and willing to learn new things through experimenting
