Danone Canada is looking for Regional Business Development Manager.
As part of this position, you will be accountable for drive sustainable growth across regional grocery accounts by leveraging data-driven insights, optimizing trade investments, and executing integrated omnichannel strategies that increase distribution, accelerate category performance, and strengthen customer partnerships.
More specifically:
The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $110,000 CAD. The final salary offered will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity and external market conditions.

Business degree in administration or equivalent
3 to 5 years as Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods.
Strong Selling Skills & Experience with Category Management
Dynamic and hands-on approach to problems and challenge with a solution driven mindset.
Strong negotiation skills & ability to manage business decisions with regards of Customer Growth agreements
Presentation effectiveness – ability to define business opportunities, gather appropriate data to support , organize information, write presentation and deliver to effectively influence key decision maker.
Planning and Organizational skills – strong ability to lead a multiplicity of projects, prioritize activities, handle business pressure on tight deadlines in a dynamic and ever-changing environment while maintaining high level of performance and professionalism.
Financial Acumen – understand key financial parameters, evaluate risks and make appropriate investment decisions.
Information and Communication Management – ability to use current procedures and appropriate technology to manage information and communicate internally and externally.
