Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Rewards Cycle Ownership
• Own and orchestrate the end-to-end rewards cycle for Specialized Nutrition, including:
• Performance review calibration
• Annual Salary Review (ASR)
• Short-Term Incentive (STI) design, governance, and payout
• Ensure consistency and strong linkage across performance outcomes, pay differentiation, and incentive results.
2. Performance & Pay Differentiation
• Actively support and challenge performance calibration outcomes to ensure fair, evidence-based differentiation.
• Translate performance results into clear and defensible pay and incentive decisions.
• Safeguard alignment between performance ratings, ASR outcomes, and STI payouts.
3. Rewards Governance & Equity
• Ensure reward decisions comply with reward policies, job architecture, grading, and governance standards.
• Monitor and manage internal equity, compression risks, and anomalies across SN populations.
• Balance market competitiveness with internal consistency and budget discipline.
4. Strategic Business Partnership
• Serve as a trusted rewards advisor to HRBP SN and SN business leaders.
• Provide insights, scenarios, and trade-offs to support leadership decision-making.
• Constructively challenge reward requests that are not aligned with meritocracy principles or governance.
5. Stakeholder & Process Management
• Coordinate closely with Rewards CoE, HR Operations, Finance, and HRBP to ensure smooth cycle execution.
• Drive continuous improvement of rewards processes, tools, and analytics within SN.
• Build rewards understanding and capability among HRBP and line leaders.
