• Possess a recognized degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or Social Sciences.
• Have at least 7 years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods environment (preferred) in similar capacity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Based in Johor or Melaka, with willingness to travel across the Southern region.
• Excellent execution - Proactively plans, implements, and tracks actions to achieve business results; Acts and responds with urgency to new information; keep things simple and get it right the first time.

• Lead and Deliver Innovation - Generates, assesses, and implements novel and valuable ideas, to deliver new or improved processes, methods, systems, products, solutions, or services; builds an environment that fosters innovation and flexibility
• Grow Capability and Careers - Focuses effort and attention on attracting, motivating, developing, and retaining high performers throughout the business; Creates exciting jobs and acts as a mentor and coach; Ensures we have the right people in the business at all levels.
• Leading Teamwork - Is highly visible in leading and developing the team; Creates passion and energy for a cause to motivate people to get the best results, promotes cooperation and synergy to achieve business objectives
• Computer literate & able to use general Microsoft Office application.
