Danone Specialized Nutrition is seeking for Senior Manager, SEA Financial Planning & Analysis, based in Malaysia. 1. SEA Forecasting Rolling forecast (RF)
• Prepare SEA monthly Rolling Forecast (RF) P&L from Gross Sales to Net Profit with detail for assigned MBU (country).
• Convert GPS P&L provided by MBU Finance team into SEA Rolling Forecast P&L for package submission to Regional Business Unit.
• Prepare SEA RF Brand / Customer P&L from Gross Sales to ROP.
• Prepare SEA Financial Database and Financial Dashboard for Management team.
• Prepare SEA RF Reporting and Analysis with detail upon requests from management / AMEA team.
• Prepare SEA Magnitude package submission.
• Validate and Consolidate Risks & Opportunities (R&O) in RF.
• Be SEA Finance Contact point for APAC Zone on any queries or support required.
• Prepare for Quarterly review with SEA GM and SEA FD on SEA Deep dive topics.
2. SEA Global Planning System (GPS)
• Validate and analyze MBU GPS Financial assumption from Topline to Profitability.
• Understand key drivers for Topline and profitability in GPS P&L from MBU.
• Summarize and highlight key activities in assigned MBU (country) assumption.
• Update Financial Information for SEA GPS.
• Attend Financial Review meeting between MBU and SEA Finance team to review the assumption and align on gap closing plan.
3. SEA Monthly Actual Closing & Reporting
• Liaise with MBU Commercial Finance on monthly Topline Trend and Actual Landing for SEA Consolidation and Submission.
• Prepare and consolidate commentary of variance between actual vs RF.
• Ensure SEA actual closing of financial results is in line with RF and with variances explained.
• Prepare SEA report for month end Pre-closing review.
• Prepare SEA Month End Consolidation deck for APAC Zone.
応募資格など
• Minimum 7 years in financial planning & analysis or finance business partner role.
• Strong financial modelling skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (technical skills in PowerQuery & Power BI).
• Having past experience in business partnering role would be a plus.
• Strategic thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills with proven ability to apply finance knowledge to a diverse range of financial issues.
• Strong communicators & able to influence senior stakeholders, peers, and business partners.
• Able to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically and across multiple cultures.
• Flexibility to travel for meetings, reviews, or cross‑functional collaboration as needed.
