About the job

As Brand Manager, you are responsible for the operational execution of marketing activities within the Adult Tube & Medical category in the Benelux. You support the strategic direction set by the Senior Strategy Manager and translate it into concrete plans and actions. You work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve brand objectives. The brands you will be working on are Nutrison & Flocare. The role is based in our Brussels, Belgium office. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute cutting-edge marketing plans and multi-channel campaigns that not only follow strategic guidelines but also push creative boundaries.
  • Coordinate local activations, including digital campaigns (MCE), events, and materials for professionals.
  • Monitor market developments and competition and translate insights into executional improvements.
  • Support product launches and innovation projects.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration, bridging medical, sales, finance, and other teams to create holistic, synergistic marketing strategies that drive comprehensive business success.
  • Report results and progress to the Senior Brand Manager.

About you

In order to be successful on this role you bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing or brand management role in healthcare, medical devices environment.
  • Strong project management skills and a hands-on mentality.
  • Experience with digital marketing and MCE (multi-channel engagement) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, visually skilled, and able to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and a strong team player.
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
