About the job:

We are now looking for a driven Brand Manager & Medical Affairs Manager, responsible for Denmark Specialized Nutrition Pediatrics category, which includes brands within Allergy and Faltering Growth. You will play the essential role in leading the category and developing strategies for patients and health care professionals, including crafting brand and commercial plans to achieve Danish Specialized Nutrition category business ambition. You will work closely with local cross-functional team, as well as with the Nordic & Baltic countries.

We want to inform you that this is a temporary position for estimated 12 months due to a parental leave, with an aim to start in June.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

In Brand management:

  • Plan and execute the annual country and brand planning for Denmark, with responsibility for local category A&P budget.
  • Lead innovation and renovation of products, including creating local Business cases with input from cross-functional team.
  • Create 360 Campaigns in accordance to set Brand Plan.
  • Delivered analysis on the business, market, competition, and customer.
  • Responsible for local activation both offline and online; in paid and owned channels, such as e-Newsletter to HCP and SoMe channels (LinkedIn and Instagram)

In Medical Affairs management:

  • Drive key strategic medical projects to increase advocacy of Medical Nutrition usage in Allergy & Growth Categories
  • Develop and manage expert meetings, advisory boards, educational events and similar medical events
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring scientific accuracy of internal and external communication
  • Support Regulatory on creation of new product registration, including registration to “Fødevarestyrelsen and Lægemiddelstyrelsen” and new article numbers.

In this position you report to Senior Brand Manager Peads Norbal, with dotted line to Head of Medical Affairs Manager & Market Access.

About you

In order to be successful, you need to have:

  • 5+ years of successful business and commercial experience from Marketing or Sales.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree within Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition or Science with good commercial understanding.
  • Good understanding of medical and consumer brand marketing & communication principles.
  • Good financial and budgetary management skills, ability to identify business drivers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good digital capabilities in content management & multi-channel marketing
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to handling tasks.
  • Fluent English and Danish.
