About the Role

In this role you will report to FP&A manager with possibility to have 1-2 direct team members and your main responsibilities include:

Finance, Reporting, Tax management

• Lead Budgeting, consolidation, closing and coordinate and communicate  with finance teams across Danone; continuously improve accuracy of the forecasting process;
• Consolidate Off-balance sheet commitments (>500MEUR) for Group reporting, present them to the Board of Directors for future decision-making;
• Lead audit process of off-balance sheet commitments in close collaboration with DBS; Support business controlling to prepare accurate accruals for monthly closing by sharing information from legal contacts; Digitalization (Power BI, dashboards).

Free Cash Flow (FCF) and Working Capital management

• Animate buyers to improve DPO and FCF;
• Working capital analysis and improvement;
• Cash forecast and landing accuracy improvement and implement tools for better cash management (e.g. confirming).

Business partnering

• Support category buyers with financial aspects embedded in the supply contracts (commitments, liabilities, payment terms, rebates, bonuses, trade terms);
• Support Legal team with finance expertise in managing legal risks in contracts, policy and tools implementation;
• Support Data team with finance expertise in selection, design and implementation of new tools.

Contract Management

• Oversee end-to-end contract cycle, from contract pipelines to quantifying legal and financial impact for C&P organization;
• Ensure the contract depository tool is the most reliable source of information and reflects the existing commitments and obligations towards suppliers and or other Danone Business Units;
• Foster a collaborative model with the Buyers, Legal, and local Finance teams, in order to reach the above objectives

• Participate in digital transformation of Cycles and procurement by co-leading contract and purchasing tools implementation and improvement (Zycus, AI);

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional with a degree in finance and at least 5+ years of experience in a dynamic international organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in reporting, IFRS, and accounting, and be an advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP is a plus. This role requires impactful presentation skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to drive and manage change. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building and fostering cross-functional relationships, along with solid stakeholder management. The candidate should be an influencer and enabler, a self-starter who can propose and co-drive improvements to current processes.
