Product Development Project Coordinator

YOUR responsibilities as a Product Development Project Coordinator will include (but not limited to):

We are looking for a passionate project coordinator to manage the product related projects (inno/reno, reno/dupli/sourcing), ensure the efficient project management process by best-in-class balance between project cost, time-to-market and right-first time delivery.  Act as first point of contact in innovation and renovation projects. Work with project management tools. Coordinate the innovation connected with development of new products. Leading of cross-department meetings.

Run Product related projects:

• Inno/reno projects cross-category coordination in CEE, ensuring an efficient project management organization answering to the needs of the business unit; coordinate all departments to deliver projects on time, ensuring best-in-class cost, quality, and respecting specific IPRO procedure – INNOPRO.
• Master data Spoc for EDP/SN, Alpro, keep updated product data in SAP.
• SPOC for brand projects connected to inno/reno, pack reno, AW changes, and secure projects
• Coordinate AW process across departments, spoke for AW procedure for projects
• Work with each project team to find solutions to major issues and escalate main risks and issues at the projects meetings.
• Coordinate co-packing preparation with the warehouse provider.
• Work with each project team for organizing the Launch analysis.
• Work with third parties and suppliers.

We are looking for a Product Development Project Coordinator with the following profile:

Experience & Technical Knowledge:

• Holding a degree in Economics/Business/Management or a similar related field
• Experience in similar project management activities - good to have
• Experience in production businesses and knowledge of the FMCG business
• Fluent in the English & Hungarian languages (spoken and written)
• Advanced Excel knowledge

Skills & Competencies:

• Confident communication skills with an ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders
• Good negotiation skills with external and internal stakeholders
• Proactive & results-oriented with good time management skills
• Being able to work well within a team and also independently
