We are looking for our future Danoner to join our Finance Consolidation & Reporting team as an IFRS & URD Manager. This role ensures the correct application of IFRS standards for the Group's operations and special projects, while managing the production of the Universal Registration Document, ensuring that the published information is impactful, consistent with the Group's other communications, and compliant with regulatory obligations and market practices.

This contract will take place in Paris, in our global headquarter. In this position, you will report to Claire LE FRENE, our IFRS Standards Senior Manager. Your main responsibilities will focus on:

• Group operations and specific projects (M&A, transformation projects, industrial projects, Green Taxonomy, CSRD, implementation of new standards, etc.)

• • Monitoring and implementation of IFRS standards, AMF recommendations, and other regulatory obligations within the Group.
  • Assistance in structuring projects to meet financial and operational objectives while ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and support to operational teams.
  • Animation of Danone's accounting principles framework.
  • Development and organization of training applied to Danone's accounting issues for financial and operational teams.

• Regulatory monitoring and connection with peers from listed groups on current topics / Consolidated accounts.

• • Preparation of Notes to the consolidated financial statements in collaboration with consolidators.
  • Support in preparing published information in consultation with the Financial Communication department (Non-GAAP performance indicators, reconciliation with consolidated financial statements, etc.)
  • Drafting presentations for the Audit Committee (3 per year) presenting the main closing points.

• Project manager of the Universal Registration Document.

• • Coordination of the annual process of preparing the Universal Registration Document involving approximately 250 contributors.
  • Formation and animation of the project team.
  • Definition and monitoring of the budget.
  • Preparation and animation of the Steering Committee.
  • Management of validation by General/top Management and auditors.

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• At least 4 years of experience in an international audit firm where they participated in the audit of CAC 40 groups
• Awareness of financial communication challenges, AMF recommendations, and a technical appetite without being dogmatic
• Curiosity with critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• A dynamic posture with strong resilience and capability of handling complex concepts
• Pragmatism, analytical mindset and rigorous approach
• Ability to work autonomously with a good sense of anticipation
• Strong writing skills and a fluent level of English (both written and spoken)
