We are looking for an IT & Data Senior Product Analyst (H/F) to join our Cyber Defense team, which brings together both SOC and CERT capabilities within a global organization.

This permanent position (CDI) is based in Rueil-Malmaison (92), in our head office, starting as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities will focus on: 

• Lead and support global CERT operations
  • Drive the technical leadership of global CERT activities.
  • Ensure effective and coordinated response to cybersecurity incidents across all regions.
  • Collaborate closely with SOC analysts and incident responders to streamline investigation and remediation.
• Strengthen proactive threat detection & incident response
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve threat detection, investigation, and mitigation across the organization.
  • Enhance SOC and CERT capabilities.
  • Reduce cyber risk exposure and monitor operational effectiveness.
• Govern and structure incident response processes
  • Oversee and coordinate incident response activities globally.
  • Ensure alignment with international standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK).
• Enhance SOC/CERT operational workflows
  • Define, refine, and optimize key operational processes to improve detection and response efficiency.
  • Identify friction points and drive improvements to reduce handling time and increase accuracy.
  • Support the team in adopting best practices and standardized procedures.
• Innovate and stay ahead of cybersecurity technologies
  • Evaluate, test, and integrate emerging cybersecurity tools and methodologies.
  • Address complex technical challenges faced by the SOC/CERT teams.
  • Engage with external cybersecurity communities to share knowledge and bring insights back to Danone.

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate with a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.

• From a Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related background, you have at least 5 years of experience in a SOC, CERT, or similar cybersecurity operational role.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to perform under pressure
• Proficiency with cybersecurity technologies (EDR, SIEM, SOAR etc.). Skills in Windows or Linux forensics and scripting are considered a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders. French is a plus !
• Professional credentials such as SANS FOR500 (or equivalent) are appreciated.
