Join our dynamic SN CoMan Quality team and play a key role in transforming how we manage and visualize performance data. This internship offers a unique opportunity to lead the digitalization of Quality and CoMan KPIs, working closely with cross-functional teams to automate data collection, build insightful dashboards, and drive governance strategies.

You’ll collaborate with other Performance interns to standardize data flows, leverage Power BI for real-time reporting, and develop your analytical mindset to identify trends, propose improvements, and support decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

1. Data Automation & Standardization
2. • Collaborate with Performance interns to harmonize data collection processes across teams
   • Automate data pipelines using Power BI and other Danone digital tools
3. Dashboard Development
4. • Design and implement interactive dashboards for CoMan and QFS KPIs
5. Performance Analysis & Governance
6. • Support the development of governance models and reporting routines
7. Project Documentation & Reporting
8. • Present findings and recommendations to the Quality team

Meet your future team! Your will be supervised by Atila Freire (Senior Quality and Food Safety Manager) and Thaysa Lima (Co-manufacturing Governance Manager).

You have a passion for quality, performance improvement, and digitalisation. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you're comfortable working with tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. Your excellent communication and collaboration abilities make you a great team player, and your curiosity, proactivity, and eagerness to learn will help you thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in November 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 1 day per week.
