Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Project Manager (Lüleburgaz)" Take this opportunity to GROW together!
-Manage assigned capital engineering projects of Luleburgaz factory from idea phase to closure adhering to engineering standards; meeting safety, budget and time targets
- Study the technical solution, cost breakdown and high-level time-plans to supply data at the feasibility phases of the projects
- Prepare related projects Capital Approval Request (CAR) files serving the site priorities within allocated site Capex
- Define and align on the project scopes with related stake holders
- Develop and closely track the time-plans for the projects, defining the critical path and updating regularly through project time span
- Develop and track budget and cash-out plan for the project and ensure the alignment with the plan through project time span
- Prepare technical specifications and Request for Quotation (RFQ) files related with the defined scope
- Collaborate with local C&P team to get quotations from the suppliers and organize supplier selection process
- Create Purchase Requests for selected suppliers, prepare contracts and follow-up the cash-out from advance payment to last invoice payment
- Closely track the pre-installation period of the projects including detailed design checks, manufacturing tracking on suppliers side and conducting Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
- Follow up daily work on the installation of the projects including stakeholder engagement, contractor management, safety and quality requirement tracking
- Ensure vertical start-up, follow up performance and define and complete actions needed to achieve project targets if needed
- Create documentation archieve for each project for future use by the other functions in the factory
- Conduct lessons-learned sessions with the stakeholders as an input for future projects
About you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Field, (Preferably Electric-Electronic, Mechanical - Mechatronic, Automation)
- Working knowledge of managing Capital Engineering Project
- 5+ years experience of Project Management in FMCG / related Industry or gained in an engineering consultancy environment
- First hand experience / track record of delivering capital projects
- Working knowledge of Contract Management & Conflict Resolution
- Proficiency in English
