The Credit Controller is accountable and single point of contact for collection of the appropriate payment for all products shipped to a customer. The Credit Controller insures all payment collection responsibilities are met in accordance with Danone policy. He/she is responsible for leading issue resolution and risk management related to payment collection. The Credit Controller works closely with the appropriate individuals at the customer and within Danone (Sales, OTC OM, Finance, etc.) to resolve any issues.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• At least 5 years’ experience in Credit Control in an FMCG Environment
• 2-3 years’ experience in SAP
• Excel (Intermediate/Advance) and good communication skills
