You Will:

• Support the sales team leader, customer business managers and overall sales team to drive sales
• Manage the Danone trade system by supporting the customer business managers in building and maintaining their sales plans
• Manage the customer contracts through the retailer’s deal management system
• Work with internal Finance team to validate and clear deductions
• Set up new items in the system and coordinate sales samples

You will be accountable for:

• Identifying best practices and areas of opportunity for efficiency in weekly processes
• Maintaining and organizing sales team information with the following areas:
  • Financial, syndicated, promotional, assortment, etc.
  • Attending customer appointments as needed
  • Support ad hoc requests for additional sales needs, i.e. data pulls, presentations, analysis

The salary range for this position is $65,000– $75,000 USD per year. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.  Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options. About You:

• You will have a Bachelors Degree
• You will have Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail
• You will have a strong analytical support background
• You will have proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen) (preferred)
• Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry (preferred)
• Experience with Meijer (preferred)
• Must be based in either Grand Rapids, MI or Chicago, IL
