About the job

The Manager, Systems / Process Delivery is responsible for leading a team of functional business experts to deliver end to end solutions for the D2D organization. This includes integration of new businesses, new process design and delivery, and cross functional business support across Danone’s Manufacturing and Warehousing facilities, and Corporate functions.  Leveraging deep expertise across all facets of Design 2 Delivery, they must be able to quickly understand the current state of business processes, systems, and capabilities, and help build the roadmap to move to standardized processes and systems.

 

This role will require deep understanding of process flow across multiple Design 2 Delivery disciplines, as well as a deep understanding of IT solutions and capabilities. These skills will be leveraged to guide the D2D organization through each phase of major process / system transformation projects:

  1. Consulting on overall project design / scope / software and vendor selection

 

  1. Identification of system configuration / customization à ensuring standardization

 

  1. System and process testing à ensuring the system works as designed

 

  1. Training à ensuring users can perform new/modified work tasks

 

  1. Transition (Go-Live) à ensuring old processes are stopped and new processes start

 

  1. Support post Go-live à ensure system is working and supporting users to become proficient with new process/system

 

The ability to continuously develop the S&T Integration team in terms of technical knowledge, process knowledge, and the ability to modify ways of working / serve as a change agent will be essential, to ensure the team can continue to support a continuously changing landscape of opportunities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team of 3-5 functional business experts, with a focus on continuous development of the team’s process and systems knowledge
  • Ensures all process and system requirements are identified and documented by working with partners at the manufacturing facilities, warehousing facilities, and corporate offices
  • Assists with process and systems design and architecture to meet business needs, while building a design that fits with the EDP Core Model and meets all internal and external controls
  • Performs / leads system Integration Testing and End-to-End Scenario testing
  • Leads End Users through Simulation Testing
  • Develops training content and conduct hands on training for associates at all levels of the supply chain
  • Provides end user support / hypercare through go-lives at multiple production, distribution, and corporate facilities
  • Serves as the key liaison between D2D end users and the Information Technology (IT) team
  • Operates as the “go-to person” for D2D process knowledge
  • Provides level 3 end user system support for complex / cross-functional issues

 

The salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $145,000.00 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.  Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options. This role is considered a “hybrid” position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.

About you

Education and Experience (Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, particularly in the areas of Warehousing / Distribution, Manufacturing, or Supply / Demand Planning
  • Experience driving change through all levels of the supply chain
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP Solutions
  • Experience supporting B2B integration via EDI
  • Hands on experience designing / implementing large scale systems projects preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of ERP solutions (SAP, or other)
  • Expert level knowledge of multiple supply chain disciplines, preferred
  • Ability to provide cross-functional leadership to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met
  • Task oriented: Driven by milestones and deadlines. Stays organized under pressure and enjoys fast paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and fact-finding skills
  • Teamwork - demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate autonomously and with limited direction
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
