Where do you want to work?

The Sales team plays a key role in helping Danone's brands grow. We work closely with customers, shoppers and colleagues across the business to bring our products to more consumers every day.

Our team combines customer relationships, commercial thinking and data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth. From analysing market trends and shopper behaviour to supporting promotional campaigns and customer plans, we help shape the decisions that drive our business forward.

As trusted partners to our customers and the wider business, we play an important role in delivering sustainable growth while ensuring our brands remain relevant, accessible and successful in a fast-changing market.

On our two-year Sales programme, you’ll become an essential part of a team that’s shaping the growth of our iconic brands.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in two key areas:

  • National Account Executive: Support the day-to-day management of customer accounts, deliver promotional and customer activation plans, analyse sales performance, and work with a range of stakeholders to help drive profitable growth.
  • Category Executive: Use shopper, customer and market data to develop insights and recommendations, support range reviews, build compelling selling stories, and identify opportunities to grow Danone's categories with customers.

You’ll spend one year in each team, swapping at the halfway point, so you’ll build a broad skillset and see the full scope of Sales at Danone.

Day-to-day, you’ll work with colleagues across the business, build your project management and communication skills, and help drive Danone’s growth.

Our Early Career opportunities are designed to empower you on your professional journey, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in your chosen career.

You don’t need a degree or prior work experience to apply to our early careers roles.
