We are seeking a passionate and experienced ecommerce marketer that is eager to help accelerate marketplaces performance. This is a remote role!

 

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in driving the growth of the Marketplace channel activities while providing positive shopping experience for our customers with a predominant focus on continuous acceleration of Amazon and Walmart performance.

 

This role will work across all Nutricia brands and will work very closely with Marketplace Associate Manager merchandising and sale activities for our marketplace customers on Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) listings. This role also partners with existing digital marketing resources to drive sales growth on our marketplaces by delivering improved sell-through, market share improvement, increased average order value and brand awareness. This should be achieved by implementing data-driven merchandising strategies and improvements in customer experience.

 

The Associate Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance product visibility and conversion across digital retail platforms. Oversees the accuracy and appeal of item listings, tailoring information for each channel and evaluating performance to support growth. Additionally, will collaborate closely with Categories teams to ensure creative and messaging is in line with approved brand positioning and messaging.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day responsibilities associated with managing Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, with potential expansion into other marketplaces
  • Reply back to all notices and reviews submitted on products
  • Partner with operations team as needed to ensure fulfillment of all inventory needs for FBA while avoiding Long Term Storage Fees / Nuisance / Chargebacks
  • Monitor and maintaining Brand Registry
  • Partner with internal team / agency /Market Place vendors to ensure products are accurately priced and described.
  • Focus on increasing traffic through marketing tools and promotions.
  • Uncover and execute new initiatives that will improve customer experience and increase overall business.
  • Proactively identify product, service, and marketplace issues and resolve them accordingly.
  • Track daily and weekly channel performance metrics and propose strategy to improve these metrics.
  • Coordinate with brand teams to create promotional assets, test deals and troubleshoot errors.
  • Review inventory reports to identify products needing special attention.
  • Assist inventory team with demand planning and forecasting.
  • Competitor research regarding pricing and sales strategies.
  • Ability to explore creatively and share/implement ideas for company growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest marketplace changes.

The salary range for this position is $92k-100k USD. About you

  • You have a sincere passion for ecommerce and marketplaces marketing.
  • 2-5 year professional experience and 3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor and Seller Central and Walmart seller center.
  • You have knowledge of digital marketing functions beyond merchandising including marketing, and analytics.
  • You have a proven ability to build strong relationships across functional areas.
  • You have excellent written, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a quantitative and curious mindset.
  • You are a self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver.
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills – comfortable leading and engaging key stakeholders inside and outside of the organization.
  • You have a demonstrated sense of priority, reliability, and flexibility.
