Nutricia, part of Danone, is seeking a Product Specialist – Paediatrics to join our Healthcare Nutrition (HCN) team. In this 13 months FTC role, starting mid-June 2026, you will be responsible for building strong, evidence-based partnerships with healthcare professionals across your territory, driving sustainable business growth while enhancing patient outcomes through specialised paediatric nutrition solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage and build long-term partnerships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across hospitals, community and specialist settings, including paediatricians, dietitians, nurses, pharmacists and key decision-makers.
• Build credibility of the Healthcare Nutrition portfolio through compliant, scientific engagement aligned with Danone policies and ANZ regulations.
• Develop and execute territory and key account plans aligned to national strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation.
• Educate and detail Nutricia’s paediatric portfolio, translating scientific evidence into meaningful clinical conversations that support appropriate nutritional recommendations.
• Manage accounts and territory performance, including planning, forecasting, reporting, tender contribution and contract execution where applicable.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Medical, Strategy, Commercial Effectiveness, Pharmacy, Supply Chain and other internal teams to deliver customer and patient value.
• Provide insights from the field to inform strategy, planning and continuous improvement across the Healthcare Nutrition business.

You are a healthcare or nutrition professional with a strong interest in commercial healthcare engagement, or an experienced medical sales professional with a passion for paediatric nutrition. You combine scientific credibility with relationship‑building excellence, enabling you to position yourself as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals.

You are organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously across a defined territory, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. You enjoy using data, insights and customer understanding to drive both patient and business outcomes always with the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Ideally, you will have

• A tertiary qualification in a healthcare, nutrition or life sciences discipline (e.g. Dietetics, Nursing, Science) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales, territory management or healthcare engagement roles.
• A strong track record of managing stakeholder relationships and delivering against sales or engagement objectives.
• Experience engaging with hospital or community healthcare settings (highly regarded).
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and analytical capability.
• High ethical standards and a sound understanding of compliance within healthcare environments.
