With more than 12 years in medical affairs, I’ve shown the value of bringing clinical credibility to healthcare professionals. Our focus is on oncology and frailty - areas where nutrition can change lives.
My background as a senior NHS dietitian underpins everything I do, keeping patients at the centre of decisions. For me, impact is about using expertise and integrity to deliver education that builds trust and drives better outcomes.
Relationships matter as much as results.
I believe in leading by example, co-creating vision with peers, and taking my team on the journey.
At Danone it’s never just about the job - it’s how you do it, and how you treat people along the way.
What sets Danone apart is encouragement to learn beyond your function. I’ve seen dietitians move into marketing without formal qualifications, learning on the job and thriving.
My own career blends clinical expertise with commercial experience in a way I never imagined when I joined. That freedom to explore has kept me engaged, challenged, and inspired. It shows that stepping out isn’t just allowed - it’s actively supported, and it builds careers that are unique to each of us.
Leading a new team has been my proudest moment.
I’ve held roles across paediatrics and adult nutrition, but my biggest growth came this year - securing investment and establishing a new Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team.
Leading people, shaping direction, and building credibility has stretched me, showed me how far I’ve come, and how much more there is to learn.
