MAKING IT HAPPEN FROM FORECAST TO SHELF
I connect demand and supply, turning insights into forecasts and working with factories to deliver. Ops is the engine of the business.
One example is Water season: we forecast from all the relevant and recent data, align with customers, plan trains and trucks, and work with factories to meet demand.
Everyone plays a part, and we use learnings to prepare for next year.

GIVING BACK THROUGH FIRST AID AND VOLUNTEERING
Danone encourages us to do more than our day jobs. I’ve volunteered at food banks, wrapped gifts for children in need, and taught healthy eating in schools. I’m also a trained first aider, something I use at work and at home.

I’ve had eight roles in 12 years, each one helped me grow.
I’ve worked across all core categories and roles in supply chain. Each taught me something new and built my confidence.
One highlight was leading a global innovation project in Japan. I was trusted to represent Danone and lead complex discussions, an incredible experience that pushed me to grow.
