HELPING PEOPLE COMES NATURALLY

I love what I do and I love what Danone does: “Bringing health through food to as many people as possible.” That’s something I can really believe in and get passionate about because it aligns with my personal mission of helping people. In my role, I try to be a resource that people can turn to whenever they need something.

WE’RE FROM EVERYWHERE

I love meeting new people through the Employee Resource Groups I’m a part of: BOLD, BRAVE and PRIDE, which represent our black, veteran and LGBTQ+ communities. Participating has connected me with people that I wouldn’t normally get to meet from different parts of the world. We’re all of different ethnicities and come from different backgrounds, but when we’re at Danone, we’re just one family.

VOLUNTEERING IS PART OF OUR CULTURE

One of the coolest ways to step outside of your normal job at Danone is through company-paid volunteering. I volunteer with a local farm that grows produce to donate to food banks. We also take Silk to the farmer’s market to share with the community.

DANONE SUPPORTED MY EDUCATION

I was grasping at straws when I first applied at Danone, but the HR manager saw my potential. Through the tuition reimbursement program, I was able to go back to college and earn a degree in human resources without any financial stress. Shortly after, I was promoted to HR Coordinator. That was such a memorable moment for me because it gave me the chance to do what I love: work closely with people.
