About the job

You will be responsible for workplace quality of life, services, corporate health and safety, and employee wellbeing for the Boucherville and Toronto offices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and optimize all services related to the employee experience and workplace environment, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, organization, food services, fitness programs, and the management and maintenance of equipment across corporate offices.
  • Define, animate, and strengthen health & safety governance for the non‑manufacturing population, while implementing and ensuring compliance with corporate policies, including fleet management, H&S processes, and the maintenance, updating, and application of key standards and documentation.
  • Lead and coach a small team while effectively managing stakeholders.
  • Ensuring clear, cohesive, and engaging communication of wellbeing initiatives, in order to enhance the employee experience through activations, programs, and benefits.
  • Drive, optimize, and safeguard the management of suppliers, contracts, and procurement, ensuring budget oversight, partner performance, and the availability and control of inventories required for office operations.

 

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 CAD. The final salary offered will be determined by factors such as relevant experience and qualifications, internal equity and external market conditions.

About you

Key Competencies

  • Ability to influence across functions and collaborate effectively with diverse teams to align initiatives and ensure organizational coherence.
  • Ability to navigate multiple internal stakeholders, represent various leaders, and manage sometimes divergent expectations with diplomacy and clarity.
  • Ability to create, structure, and optimize processes, tools, standards, and practices to improve operational efficiency and service consistency.

  • Ability to resolve issues in an innovative, proactive, and solutions-oriented way, anticipating needs and proposing new approaches.

 Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally as an Office Manager and/or in a Health, Safety, and Well‑Being leadership role
  • Experience working in both unionized and non‑unionized environments is an asset
  • Occasional travel to the Toronto office is required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Experience in facilities management or health & safety an asset
