• Lead and manage all packaging artwork development and related process for all packaging projects (including brand new products, compliance, and secure project)
• Manage simple adaptation of existing artwork of packaging and communication materials to support business strategies.
• Conduct packaging development and Testing development for new products, Develop and test of new or alternative packaging for existing products
• Communicate packaging requirements both formally and informally within function and cross function, to achieve projects and business goals.
• Discuss concepts, and details of packaging development with team
• Resolve problem related to packaging.
• Update and maintain packaging information/specification in company sharing system.
• Co-ordinate on packaging trial run schedule, actual commercial production schedule.
• Provide the specification of packaging material to meet company standard for cost evaluation and purchasing for commercial production.
• Co-ordinate on packaging testing related to machinability and production process.
• Provide Packaging information and specification for using in production process.
• Co-ordinate on packaging detail, testing and specifications for quality control.
• Co-ordinate on pallet pattern specification.
• Packaging materials and Finished product issuing for testing and sample preparing.
• Co-ordinate on adapting and adjusting machine to run new or existing packaging with high efficiency.
• Color printing proof, technical support on packaging technology
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging technology, Food science, Food Technology, or higher or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing especially in operation field with technical and process with packaging background
- Knowledge of factory Raw material, Packaging material, Product, Process and equipment
- Understanding of Raw material, Packaging material and Technology development process
- Basic Project management skills including risk analysis and root cause analysis skills
- Respect for Q&FS, Safety and Environment standards on site and highly understand in ISO/HACCP/GMP/Safety/Environment System
- Having leadership skill competencies, People oriented with interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
