      • Accountable as Change control coordinator, ensuring all changes are managed

         in accordance with established protocols.

• Governance the Change control meeting and lead factory risk assessment.
• Establish Handover2 document to gather the post launch evidence and ensure effective operation.
• Accountable as Qualification and Validation team lead to validation and guarantee the Process Control aspect in all Raw/ Pack / Process projects (Inno/Reno/ Booster/Product Sourcing projects).
• Coordinate trial runs and commercial production schedules on both Formulation and Packaging.
• To continuously reinforce the production lines technological/process control in order to improve product quality and industrial performance.
• Continuously improve quality of production through Statistical Process Control and process parameters update.
• Participate in root causes analysis in case of non-conformity (quality or industrial performance).
• Collaborate with quality control teams on packaging details, testing, and specifications.
• Manage the issuance of packaging materials and finished products for testing and sample preparation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food science, Food Technology, or higher or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, especially in operation field with technical and process with packaging background
• Basic Project management skills including risk analysis, schedule, budget, and resources
• Knowledge of factory Raw material, Packaging material, Product, Process and equipment
• Understanding of Raw material, Packaging material and Technology development process
• Understanding of Raw material, Packaging material, Process, Recipe, FG specifications management
• Understand computer literacy.
• Respect for Q&FS, Safety and Environment standards on site and highly understand in ISO/HACCP/GMP/Safety/Environment System
• Fluent in English
• Having leadership skill competencies
• People oriented and Interpersonal skills
