About the job
With science and innovation at the heart of the Danone Renew strategy, Danone Global Research & Innovation Center in Paris-Saclay plays a key role of flagship of Danone and Research & Innovation (R&I).
Working closely with Internal Communications and Danone’s various Communications teams, the R&I Center’s External Communications team is responsible for engaging with the Paris-Saclay ecosystem, as well as organizing events and visits at the R&I Center.
The role is part of the Center’s Site Management team, which brings together Workplace Environment, Logistics, Maintenance, Quality and Food Safety functions.
MISSION
Contribute to the visibility and reputation of Danone Global Research & Innovation Center in Paris-Saclay as a global flagship for Danone’s science and innovation, in line with the Danone Renew strategy.
Promote Danone’s science and innovation by coordinating and delivering visits to the R&I Center for scientific partners, opinion leaders, customers, institutional representatives, employees and students. (30%)
Coordinate the Inno Café by Danone, a space dedicated to science and innovation communication at the heart of the Paris-Saclay ecosystem: coordinate the social media editorial calendar, contribute to the events program and support initiatives to increase its visibility. (30%)
Contribute to the organization and communication of internal and external events hosted at the R&I Center or within the Paris-Saclay ecosystem, in collaboration with Danone’s Communications teams. (30%)
Contribute to the development of new digital science experiences and tools to enhance visits, communications and event organization. (10%)

About you
The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.
- You have a Master’s degree or equivalent (5 years of higher education) in Communications, with a strong interest in science, or a degree in Food Science, Life Sciences or a related field, combined with experience in science communication.
Skills & mindset: Excellent communication skills, curiosity, strong organizational skills, a people-oriented and positive mindset, an interest in events, and a genuine interest or passion for science.
Languages: Fluency in both English and French is essential. We are looking for someone who is fully comfortable working in both languages.
Digital skills: You are comfortable using PowerPoint (basic to intermediate level). Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms is also expected.
