About the job
As Brand Manager Alpro Scandinavia, you will execute brand development and activation plans across the Scandinavian markets, in line with the Nordic & Baltic strategy and tailored to local market insights. You will monitor category and competitor trends within the plant-based space and ensure that Alpro stays relevant and top-of-mind with our consumers.
Key responsibilities:
Implement brand and campaign plans in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway
Develop and optimize the Alpro product portfolio through local and global initiatives
Collaborate closely with the media, shopper marketing, and sales teams to ensure effective brand communication
Deliver campaign strategies, creative assets, and brand tools to support in-market activation
Manage and track the Scandinavian brand budget
Conduct brand analysis and post-campaign reviews, providing actionable insights and reports
Ensure internal and external stakeholder alignment throughout all brand activities
About you
We’re looking for a passionate and driven marketeer with a strong understanding of the FMCG landscape and the ability to connect strategy with action.
Your background:
Master’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience within FMCG
At least 3 years of experience in marketing or brand management
We value multilingual skills! If you are proficient in an additional Nordic language like Danish or Norwegian, it's considered a strong advantage.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience building and presenting brand strategies
High energy, proactive and results-driven mindset
Attention to detail and ability to translate insights into action
Passion for plant-based food and sustainability is a plus
