We’re looking for Brand Manager – Pediatrics to lead marketing efforts in a key Therapeutic Area dedicated to children’s health. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating targeted marketing plans to meet both short- and long-term brand objectives. In addition to brand leadership in the pediatric area, you will also drive digital communication strategies across multiple categories within the portfolio – targeting both healthcare professionals and consumers/patients. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in advancing pediatric care and broader therapeutic impact through strategic, results-driven brand and digital management.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for the Pediatric Therapeutic Area based on market and consumer insights.
Analyze the pediatric nutrition market, including channels, competitors and stakeholders, channels, and competition, to identify growth opportunities
Drive digital and traditional marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, engagement, and performance.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital communication strategies targeting both healthcare professionals and consumers/patients across multiple therapeutic categories within the portfolio.
Manage digital channels including website content, social media, email marketing, programmatic campaigns, and CRM tools, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
Define and track key digital KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), bounce rate, time on site, and campaign ROI to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, sales, digital, and external agencies) to ensure relevance, accuracy, and compliance of digital content across all touchpoints.
Create compelling messaging and value propositions for HCPs and KOLs supporting advocacy and education in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Adapt and implement global initiatives, innovations, and best practices in the local market.
Lead integrated campaign development and execution, ensuring a consistent omnichannel customer journey. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Monitor brand performance through KPIs, competitive analysis, and sales data; provide insights and strategic recommendations.
Manage a portion of the A&P budget, ensuring effective allocation across digital and traditional channels to maximize return on investment.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and ethical standards; act as a brand ambassador fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
About you
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in brand or product management within pharma, OTC, FMCG or agency environments.
Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies, manage campaigns, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Skilled in creating compelling messaging and content, with a sharp understanding of customer insights.
Strong digital marketing skills across channels, ideally with experience targeting HCPs and consumers.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking brand performance, sales forecasting, and optimizing marketing mix and spend.
Agile, proactive, and innovation-driven, with high standards for collaboration.
