ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Danone (Nutricia) is seeking a passionate and consumer-focused Dietitian to join our Nutricia Careline team.

As the trusted voice of Nutricia, you will provide expert nutrition advice, feeding support and product information to consumers, caregivers, patients and healthcare professionals across Australia and New Zealand. You will deliver support across multiple channels including phone, email, live chat and digital platforms while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with customer engagement in a role that directly supports people living with a range of nutritional needs and health conditions.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Consumer & Healthcare Professional Support

  • Provide evidence-based nutrition advice, feeding support and product information across the Nutricia portfolio.
  • Respond to enquiries from consumers, patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals.
  • Support enquiries relating to specialised nutrition, enteral feeding, allergies, intolerances and metabolic conditions.
  • Deliver a high-quality, empathetic and professional customer experience across all communication channels.

Issue Resolution & Customer Care

  • Manage product, stock availability and sample-related enquiries.
  • Support the handling and escalation of product complaints and quality concerns.
  • Help identify practical solutions that support positive outcomes for consumers and patients.

Quality, Compliance & Insights

  • Accurately document customer interactions within CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Capture consumer insights and trends that help inform business decisions and continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Research & Innovation, Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • Contribute to educational resources, website content, product launches and business projects.
  • Support internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

About you

ABOUT YOU

 

You are a qualified Dietitian who is passionate about improving people's lives through nutrition. You combine strong clinical knowledge with excellent communication skills and genuinely enjoy supporting consumers and healthcare professionals.

 

Ideally, You Will Have:

  • Qualification as a Registered Dietitian with current Australian or New Zealand registration.
  • Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical, healthcare, nutrition advisory or customer-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition support and specialised nutrition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, empathetic and consumer-focused approach.
